About The Position
The Nest Schools, founded in 2021, is a new Early Childhood organization operated by experienced professionals. They are driven by a vision to raise kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children and aim to be the worldwide leader in early childhood programs. They are seeking a School Assistant Director who values Early Childhood Education and views teachers as professional educators. Each school is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist, and classroom budgets are provided for learning materials and crafts. The Nest Schools actively strives to be a "Best Workplace" through programs focused on wellness, innovation, kindness, and fun, including the Nest Eggs Reward & Recognition Program, Mentor Programs, Funday Mondays, and Nest University, which offers training and certificate programs for career advancement in Early Childhood Education.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Preferably in large school
- Early Childhood Education Preferred
- Willing to obtain Director Credential
