About The Position

Works to facilitate information between internal units, attorneys, and the court. Maintains databases and logs as they pertain to Child Support files. Files Child Support documents with various court systems and works to establish and maintain positive partnerships with court staff and judges in both state and tribal court.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school or two years (60 credit hours) coursework from a 4-year college or university.
• At least three years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
• Valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
• Ability to be covered by insurance or bond that covers any financial losses.
• Great customer service skills and an approachable and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to read court documents and summarize them.
• Great communication skills working with various court entities and attorneys.
• Must not and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG’s Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA’s List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
