Requirements

High School Diploma or GED is required.
1–3 years in a professional office environment (legal, social work, or administrative background is a plus).
Intermediate to Expert proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel). You must be comfortable learning proprietary case management software quickly.
The ability to write clear, professional reports and de-escalate tense conversations with the public.
Resilience: You can handle stressful situations and emotional topics with objectivity and professionalism.
Discretion: You understand the sensitivity of family law and maintain strict confidentiality.
Mobility: You possess a valid driver's license and are insured to travel occasionally for training or county business.

Responsibilities

Actively manage a caseload to establish, modify, and enforce child support orders, directly impacting the quality of life for Clay County children.

Prepare and process critical judicial documents, ensuring all case files are court-ready and compliant with state regulations.
Maintain impeccable data records in the statewide system, ensuring no case "falls through the cracks."
