As a Full-Time Child Support Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements. You will handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment, utilizing multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and documenting each call. You will respond to Michigan child support inquiries and complaints using a standard script and procedures, gathering information and researching/resolving inquiries. Additionally, you will inform callers about available services and assess their needs, and provide peer-to-peer training for incoming training classes that transition to the call center floor.
