About The Position

The organization is seeking a full-time Child Psychiatrist for its New York, NY group. The practice uses an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment planning for emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight issues affecting children, teenagers, and adults. Its multimodal approach aims to identify underlying causes by considering patients in the context of biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences. This is a 100% outpatient role with regular office hours, limited call, and a supportive physician culture focused on continuous learning and contemporary psychiatry. Telehealth may be considered for physicians who can work onsite at least a few days per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; evenings and weekends are not required, and after-hours calls are rare. Compensation includes a base salary of $250,000 or more plus a production bonus. The posting states that total potential compensation is $306,000 based on a 50/50 split and 30 patient hours per week, with four weeks off annually. Requirements

Hold a current medical license in New York or be willing to obtain one.
