About The Position

The organization is seeking a Child Psychiatrist to join its Chicago, Illinois group on a full-time basis. The practice uses an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment planning for emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight issues affecting children, teenagers, and adults. Its multimodal approach aims to identify underlying contributors to challenges by considering biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences in the context of each patient's life. The role offers regular office hours in a supportive work environment, limited call, and a long-term career opportunity in a progressive psychiatry practice. The position is 100% outpatient. Telehealth may be considered for physicians who can work onsite at least a few days per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; weekends and evenings are not required, and after-hours calls are rare. Compensation includes a base salary of $250,000 or more plus a production bonus. The posting gives total potential compensation of $306,000 based on a 50/50 split and 30 patient hours per week, with four weeks off per year. Requirements

Current medical license in Illinois, or willingness to obtain one.
Openness to using multiple treatment-plan approaches to mental health.
