About The Position

The organization is seeking a full-time Child Psychiatrist to join its Scottsdale, Arizona group. The practice uses an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment planning for emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight issues affecting children, teenagers, and adults. Its multimodal approach aims to identify underlying factors that may not be discovered through traditional psychiatry, considering biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences in the context of each patient's life. This is a 100% outpatient role with regular office hours, a pleasant work environment, and limited call. Telehealth may be considered for physicians who can work onsite at least a few days per week. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; evenings and weekends are not required, and after-hours calls are rare. Compensation includes a base salary of $250,000 or more plus a production bonus. The posting estimates total potential compensation of $306,000 based on a 50/50 split and 30 patient hours per week, with four weeks off annually. Requirements

Current medical license in Arizona, or willingness to obtain one.
Openness to using multiple approaches to mental health treatment.

Responsibilities
