SOUND Behavioral Health is growing and hiring a Child and Family Services (CFS) Clinician in Auburn, WA. The CFS Clinician works with clients with behavioral health disorders, assisting them in becoming as healthy and engaged as possible in the community, using recovery language and principles. The position involves providing assessment, direct clinical intervention, and supportive consultation to child, adolescent, and adult family members presenting with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and co-occurring disorders. Therapeutic services will be delivered in the office, school, and community, with an emphasis on ongoing consultation and collaboration with collateral agencies (schools, agencies, caseworkers, etc.). The team member will be required to work with the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS), education systems, inpatient facilities, mental health residential facilities, and other systems of care to develop holistic, strength-based, recovery-oriented therapeutic plans to maintain children and adolescents with significant mental health problems in the community. This is a time-limited, grant-funded position from August 2026 until June 2027.
