About The Position
Tyke Town, Logan Health’s drop-in child care program at the Fitness Center, seeks an energetic and compassionate Child Care Provider to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children while their parents use the facility. The role focuses on providing quality, compassionate care and positive experiences for children and families. This is a PRN (as-needed) position providing coverage during busy periods and for employee vacations, illness, and leaves of absence. The posted shift is a day shift of 8 hours. Schedules are set to meet position and organizational needs and may be adjusted as needed. PRN employees may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, depending on department scheduling needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Be enthusiastic, nurturing, and team-oriented.
- Have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Be able to provide a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children of varying ages.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children is preferred.
