About The Position

This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. A loving family in Hatley is seeking a reliable, energetic, and engaging respite care provider to support their young daughter. This role involves providing one-on-one supervision, ensuring her safety, and helping her participate in fun, age-appropriate activities at home and within the local community. She is a fun-loving young toddler with autism who experiences some speech and fine motor delays. She is full of energy and enjoys exploring the world around her. She loves Bluey, dinosaurs, animals of all kinds, figurines, sensory play, and being VERY active. She has occasional meltdowns, as any young toddler does, but she thrives with individualized attention, engaging activities, and caregivers who are patient, playful, and creative. The ideal candidate is someone who can build a genuine connection with her, understand her communication style, occasional behaviors, and proactively keep her engaged throughout the day while addressing concerns as they arise.
