Child Care Provider
About The Position
A family in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a child in the provider’s home. The role involves supervising and supporting the child, taking them into the community for age-appropriate activities, and building a positive, trusting relationship with the child and family. The provider will encourage engagement, social interaction, and skill development while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. The position pays $14.14 per hour and is approximately 20 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible within weekday evening or after-school hours and/or Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Consumer Direct Care Network assists the Member or Managing Party with recruiting; if hired, the Member or Managing Party is the legal employer and has sole authority to hire or dismiss the Direct Care Worker.

- Reliable, patient, caring, and committed to making a positive impact.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Experience supporting autistic children is highly desired.
- CPR certification is a plus, but not required.
