About The Position

BrightPath Kids is hiring a Teacher Assistant to support teachers and families in providing children with a home-away-from-home environment in accordance with NAEYC guidelines. The role involves helping maintain a warm, safe, and clean classroom where children can grow and explore. Paid training on classroom procedures is provided, and the position offers opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Assist teachers with classroom instruction.
• Decorate classrooms, indoors and outdoors, as needed.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and clean environment that allows children to grow and explore.
• Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child.
