ICF is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to support the mission of fostering health and well-being through human services. This role is part of a project focused on the Prevention of Sexual Abuse, involving compliance audits and technical assistance for the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) provider community. The team's objective is to identify and address clinical, behavioral health, disability-related, and psychosocial risk factors, ensuring system-wide practices, policies, and operations promote safe, trauma-informed, and compliant care environments to prevent sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and other forms of child abuse and neglect. This position is expected to last six months with potential for extension. The psychiatrist's role is crucial in managing mental health conditions, trauma, and treatment practices to reduce vulnerability to abuse and ensure safe, appropriate responses. This is a full-time position requiring on-call/after-hours availability and approximately 25% travel to provider sites.
