About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in Washington for outpatient mental healthcare. The role is for clinicians passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence, providing medication management and therapy to children and adolescents. The position is offered as a W2-employed role, with part-time and full-time options and compensation based on productivity. The role includes work at offices throughout the area, including a recently opened office in Federal Way. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional, and flexible scheduling is available. Work may be in person or hybrid.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Washington.
- Have board certification and an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Be board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Reside in Washington.

- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
- Provide medication management and therapy.
