About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in Washington to provide outpatient mental healthcare. The role is part of a clinical team delivering evidence-based, medically driven treatment to children and adolescents. Psychiatrists provide medication management and therapy, with work available in person and with hybrid flexibility. The position offers a productivity-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential and both part-time and full-time options. The role is associated with a recently opened office in Federal Way, with locations throughout the area. Schedules are flexible to accommodate work-life balance and personal schedules. The usual schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional. Candidates must reside in Washington.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Washington.
- Have board certification and an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Be board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Reside in Washington.
