Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist (Clinical Track)
About The Position
The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to expand its team of psychiatrists in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division. This role involves providing psychiatric care to pediatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with some coverage for adult outpatients. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to the educational mission of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health by supervising and mentoring learners, including residents and fellows. The department is dedicated to advancing health and health equity through exceptional patient care, education, and research.
Requirements
- Successful completion of Child/Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship by the start date of position.
- WI Medical license by start date of position.
- Board Certification in Adult or Child Psychiatry or Board Eligible with a firm plan to complete certification requirements.
- MD or DO, or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves
- For an appointment at Associate Professor or Professor rank on CT track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CT track.
Responsibilities
