Psychiatrist (Child & Adolescent)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed psychiatrist to provide outpatient mental healthcare, with medication management and therapy experience. The role offers a flexible schedule, with full-time and part-time options, and a choice of telemedicine and in-person care. Work is 100% outpatient, with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. The position includes administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, a collegial clinical environment, and a focus on work/life balance. Compensation is productivity-based, with an advertised range of $288,000–$444,960, plus a sign-on bonus and cash productivity bonus. Additional compensation is available for optional collaboration with mid-level clinicians. Requirements
- Fully licensed in Rhode Island.
- Board eligible or board certified.
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
