Child Actor Supervisors are responsible for supervising child actors in rehearsal and performance for the Guthrie’s production of A Christmas Carol. This position oversees all child actor activity and behavior offstage and in the rehearsal and dressing rooms. Child Actor Supervisors ensure all child actors remain safe and focused for their work. All employees are expected to center, model and champion the Guthrie’s core values of Artistic Excellence; Community; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility; and Fiscal Responsibility. This role is temporary and part-time. The schedule required for this role will be Tuesdays – Sundays from October 6 – December 27, 2026, excluding November 26, December 24 and December 25. Hours will vary depending on the weekly rehearsal and performance schedules, ranging between 25 - 40 hours a week. Child Actor Supervisors must be consistently available to work Tuesday – Friday evenings and Saturday – Sunday daytime and evening hours. Occasional weekday daytime hours are required for tech rehearsals and matinee performances. The Guthrie is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
