About The Position
The Chief Wastewater Treatment Operator will lead operations at our wastewater treatment plants. In this key role, you will ensure optimal system performance, environmental compliance, and long-term efficiency while coordinating a team of skilled operators. This position provides advanced technical oversight and expert problem-solving for all phases of plant operations and maintenance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible wastewater treatment experience.
- A minimum of 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- A valid CCWP Class A Wastewater Treatment Certification.
- The ability to obtain CCWP Class 3 Collections Certification within 12 months of hire.
