About The Position

We are looking for a visionary Cofounder/CTO to lead our technical development and help shape the future of business analytics. Our technology stack includes Generative AI, Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs, Databases, Data Warehouses, and Machine Learning. We are working on a very exciting opportunity at the intersection of Generative AI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualization that'll change the face of analytics forever!

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role in a technology startup, with a track record of developing and launching successful tech products.
• Strong background in software development, AI technologies (including Large Language Models and Generative AI), knowledge graphs, databases, data warehouses, data analytics and machine learning.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, make decisions under uncertainty, and take calculated risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a CTO or technical co-founder is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is preferred.
• An advanced degree in AI/ML or data science is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement the technical vision and strategy, ensuring alignment of the technology strategy with the startup's overall mission and objectives.
• Product Development: Hands-on development of our AI-powered analytics product from conception to launch. This includes designing the architecture, choosing the right technology stack, and ensuring the product meets market needs and customer expectations.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and related fields. Lead the effort to incorporate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into our product.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the co-founder, future investors, and key stakeholders to align technology development with business objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Agility, speed, and grit are essential.
