About The Position

This position is responsible for all the daily operations of services at the Division, to include coordination of assigned staff (Techs, RNs, PAs etc. ), allocation of resources (personnel and equipment)with the goal of effectively managing and prioritizing patient workflow. Ensures a safe environment with appropriate resources to meet the needs of patients and physicians (Radiologists, Anesthesiologists, PICU MDs) . Ensures staff training and proficiency in imaging.

Requirements

Associates Degree Required
NYSDOH License Radiological Technologist
ARRT Registered Radiological Technologist
Proficient in operating x-ray equipment
Proficient in pagers
Proficient in phone etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft excel
Proficient in Microsoft word
Proficient in Microsoft outlook
Proficient in talent management

Responsibilities

Intravascular contrast media injection by individuals DOH certified to administration of contrast media
