KUNGFU.AI is seeking a bold, commercially sophisticated Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to architect and scale the next phase of growth for the company. The CRO will be responsible for expanding the business from $20M to $100M+ in revenue over the next several years. This role requires a strategic growth leader who understands how to build a modern commercial engine within a high-growth, founder-led AI consulting and engineering firm operating at the forefront of a rapidly evolving market. The CRO will play a central role in defining how to scale growth by building systems, commercial models, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies. This role will partner closely with the CMO and executive leadership team to evolve the company from a founder- and relationship-led sales motion into a coordinated, repeatable, and highly strategic commercial organization. While strategic, the role also demands a hands-on operator mindset, comfortable shaping long-term strategy and maturing the infrastructure, operating cadence, partnerships, and revenue systems.
