About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing Retail Bank Operations, including residential mortgage, consumer lending, branch management, and deposit operations. The position involves developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives aligned with the bank's strategic plan, and ensuring compliance with operating policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Chief Retail Officer will supervise assigned personnel and manage the bank's sales program, focusing on promoting and developing banking relationships for retail deposits, retail lending, and municipal accounts across the bank's market area. This includes communicating with management and staff, and providing periodic reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field
• Specialized banking education/training
• Proficiency in development and oversight of retail strategies
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
• Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills
• Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services and the operating policies and procedures which impact them
• Thorough knowledge of current banking regulations
• Proficient PC skills including data analytics
• Visual and auditory skills
• A minimum of ten (10) years' related experience
