About The Position

To support the growth of our activity and to succeed our customers' needs in terms of density, power consumption and operating frequency of their integrated circuits, we are looking for our future Chief Project Officer (F/M). The position is ideally based on-site in Meylan (France) or Montreal (Canada). A hybrid working arrangement can also be considered. The Chief Project Officer (CPO) is a key member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the CEO. The CPO leads the Project Management Office (PMO), a team of six project managers, and is accountable for the successful execution of all customer and R&D projects. As the company grows through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions, the CPO plays a critical role in simplifying and harmonizing the IP development framework, while ensuring that customers receive a consistent, high-quality delivery experience across the entire IP portfolio.

  • Proven track record leading multi-site, international PMO or program management organizations serving Tier-1 customers.
  • Hands-on experience in post-merger integrations and designing, streamlining, and implementing structured product development processes (e.g. Stage-Gate frameworks).
  • Analytical, fact-based communication style, able to convey sensitive information objectively and constructively at executive and Board level.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • A team player who brings diversity of thought and is comfortable operating in an international, multi-site environment.
  • Fluent English required.

  • Align execution standards to enable higher project volume at Tier-1 quality.
