About The Position

Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the development and implementation of operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and values. This role involves formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth, directing and coordinating overall daily operations, and building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations. The COO will be responsible for operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets, establishing control systems for accountability, and collaborating on staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating staff to support operational objectives.

Requirements

Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
