About The Position

The company is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for a seasoned operator to translate the founders' vision into reality, manage growth, and guide the team. This is a hands-on role where executives also function as individual contributors. The ideal candidate will have experience leading hyper-growth (50%+ per year), managing investment and margin, and working with founders in a fast-paced environment. The role involves taming chaos and pushing the company to the next level.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in marketing agencies, primarily at creative and/or social agencies.
  • Expert in project management, staff planning, resource management, and pricing.
  • Skilled in financial planning & analysis.
  • Experience at rapidly growing agencies, in the 50-200 person range.
  • Experience partnering with founders.
  • Experienced in legal issues and best practices for a creative agency.
  • Optimistic, nurturing, collaborative and decisive leader.
  • Energized and ambitious about AI integration in day-to-day work and team operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Client-side experience is a plus.
  • Experience reinventing service offerings and workflows to be AI-centric is a plus.
  • Experience as an EOS integrator is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the founders and executive team to operationalize the disruptive vision, and push back and steer the company to success.
  • Manage rapid growth by scaling team capacity in pace with client growth, building and reinventing processes, and managing margin.
  • Harmonize the functions of the agency and keep everyone oriented toward the goals and priorities.
  • Plan, prioritize, and implement transformation and growth initiatives with the founders and executive team.
  • Create a healthy tension among leadership between big dreams and operational best practice.
  • Partner with the head of Business Partnerships to ensure client delight and growth, balancing client needs with operational success.
  • Partner with CCO and ECD to boost creative output quality by improving team models and delivery processes.
  • Work with the CEO and finance lead on P&L planning, balancing staff costs and growth investments with margin.
  • Guide the agency in tracking financial targets and adjusting course as needed.
  • Design and stand up teams to service large AOR wins.
  • Nurture a culture of excellence, joy, and belief in possibility across the agency.
  • Build strong relationships across Stagwell (parent company), including leadership and sister agencies.
