About The Position

Movers+Shakers is a fast-growing creative agency specializing in social media for Gen Z and Millennials. We are seeking a seasoned operator to translate the founders' vision into reality, manage rapid growth, and guide the team with clarity and wisdom. This is a hands-on role where you will work at both a strategic and tactical level. The ideal candidate has experience leading hyper-growth (50%+ per year), managing investment and margin, and partnering with founders. You will be responsible for scaling team capacity, building and reinventing processes, and managing margin. This role reports to the CEO/Co-Founder and serves as the Integrator within the EOS framework.

Requirements

20+ years of experience in marketing agencies, primarily at creative and/or social agencies.
Expert in project management, staff planning, resource management, and pricing.
Skilled in financial planning & analysis.
Experience at rapidly growing agencies, in the 50-200 person range.
Experience partnering with founders.
Optimistic, nurturing, collaborative, and decisive leader.
Energized and ambitious about AI integration in day-to-day work and team processes.
Experience reinventing service offerings and workflows to be AI-centric is a plus.
Experience as an EOS integrator is a big plus.
Experienced in legal issues and best practices for a creative agency.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with the founders and executive team to operationalize the disruptive vision, push back, and steer the company to success.
Manage rapid growth by scaling team capacity, building and reinventing processes, and managing margin.
Harmonize functions and keep everyone oriented toward goals and priorities.
Plan, prioritize, and implement transformation and growth initiatives with the executive team.
Create healthy tension among leadership between big dreams and operational practicality.
Partner with Business Partnerships to ensure client delight and growth, balancing client needs with operational success.
Partner with CCO and ECD to improve team models and delivery processes to boost creative output quality.
Collaborate with the CEO and finance lead on P&L planning, balancing staff costs and growth investments with margin.
Guide the agency in tracking financial targets and adjusting course as needed.
Design and stand up teams to service large AOR wins.
Nurture a culture of excellence, joy, and belief in possibility across the agency.
Build strong relationships across Stagwell, including leadership and sister agencies.
