About The Position
Turbo Tim’s is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Integrator to partner with the Visionary (Turbo Tim) and drive the company's growth. This role involves transforming big ideas into a successful company at scale. The COO will lead day-to-day operations, build systems and accountability, and develop leadership capacity for continued expansion. The company is an independent, multi-location automotive business focused on Cars, Cats, and Community, with ventures in a YouTube channel and industry software. Requirements
- Proven experience leading people and operations through significant growth.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with consistent follow-through.
- Understanding of EOS and the Visionary/Integrator relationship (ideally from experience).
- Direct, kind, calm under pressure, and skilled at motivating people.
- Ability to challenge a founder, build trust, and make ambitious ideas executable.
- Excitement for bringing a fresh perspective to the automotive industry (experience outside the industry is a plus).
- Commitment to culture and employee feedback, alongside business metrics.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across locations.

- Utilize EOS tools and leadership cadences to identify issues, make decisions, and drive progress.
