About The Position

The Chief of Staff is a high‑visibility, high‑impact strategic partner to the
CEO, responsible for driving execution, operational excellence, and strategic
alignment across the organization. This individual supports executive
decision‑making, leads cross‑functional initiatives, and serves as an extension
of the CEO in both internal and client‑facing environments.

This role requires exceptional intellectual horsepower, executive presence, and
the ability to influence at all levels. The Chief of Staff anticipates
challenges before they arise, brings structure and clarity to complex strategic
problems, and ensures the CEO’s vision is translated into action across the
enterprise.  Frequent travel (~50%) is required to participate in executive
meetings, client engagements, and accompany the CEO for conferences, speaking
opportunities, and key external events.
