About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior executives to drive alignment across strategic initiatives, enterprise priorities, and leadership forums.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for CEO-sponsored programs, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder engagement, and outcome tracking.
  • Manage executive communications, including leadership messaging, board materials, and strategic updates, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Oversee governance processes for leadership reviews, transformation programs, and enterprise planning cycles.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between the CEO’s office and business units, enabling seamless flow of information and decision-making.
  • Mentor high-performing talent across the organization, supporting leadership development and succession planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in executive operations through process optimization, digital enablement, and stakeholder feedback.
