About The Position

We are seeking a talented Associate to join the Strategy team. This Associate will lead development of enterprise and business unit strategies by synthesizing market insights, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis into clear strategic choices and priorities. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to define enterprise priorities, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure disciplined execution of our strategic priorities. This role demands exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills to support the company’s growth and goals. The Target Pay Range for this position is $169,884 - $212,355 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a strategy, management consulting or leadership role.
  • Previous experience working closely with C-level executives is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic decision making through data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with leadership and Strategy team to set and drive organizational vision, strategy, and key initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with divisional goals.
  • Responsible for building financial models and performing valuations to assess strategic opportunities, support decision-making, and quantify potential value creation.
  • Act as a sounding board for the leadership team in decision-making, offering critical insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor performance, and operational data to inform decision-making.
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable plans, working closely with the LT.
  • Partner with the Strategy team on key processes including strategic planning (IVCP, AEP, etc.), reporting to key Mars stakeholders, and internal leaders.
  • Oversee management of global strategic initiatives agenda, including tracking of progress and key performance metrics to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
  • Manage select special projects from concept to completion, often involving multiple teams and functions.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the leadership team and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among senior leadership and different departments to ensure unified goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and develop members of the executive and broader leadership teams, fostering leadership capabilities and talent growth.
  • Manage and develop talent including 1 direct report
  • Prepare presentations and other materials for LT meetings & external engagements.
  • Coordinate and manage the flow of information between the LT and external stakeholders, such as leadership team members, customers, and partners.
