Chief of Staff

ITF Therapeutics•Concord, MA

About The Position

Reporting to the President of ITF Therapeutics US, the Chief of Staff serves as a strategic thought partner to the President and an integrator across the leadership team. The role helps shape enterprise priorities, improve decision-making, translate strategy into coordinated execution, and evolve the operating model as ITF scales its rare disease portfolio. It requires strength in strategy, execution, and organizational effectiveness, including the ability to frame ambiguous problems, influence senior leaders, navigate a global/local matrix, and move between enterprise strategy and hands-on execution. The Chief of Staff works across functions without displacing functional ownership, particularly where issues cross organizational boundaries, ownership is unclear, or additional enterprise leadership is needed. The position owns enterprise planning and performance processes, cross-functional initiatives, leadership operating rhythms, governance, Board and Joint Steering Committee preparation, and coordination between ITF Therapeutics and Italfarmaco. It also supports the President’s strategic communications and represents the President when appropriate.
