About The Position

Qualitate is hiring a Chief of Staff to support its leadership team, primarily the CEO and founder, across cross-functional workstreams spanning product, sales, and operations. The role is hands-on and involves taking projects from rough ideas to finished results, working directly with the CEO, and contributing as part of the founding team. The Chief of Staff will help the company execute priorities and build its operating practices as it scales its AI-native primary intelligence platform. The position includes supporting go-to-market initiatives, strategic customer accounts and partnerships; assessing new markets and offerings; assisting with planning and leadership meetings; and helping teams stay focused, unblock work, and communicate clearly. The company seeks someone with strong judgment, execution, attention to detail, communication skills, and ownership who is comfortable working against tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment. The role is based in New York City, with in-person work Monday through Wednesday and remote work Thursday and Friday. Qualitate describes its working culture as focused on excellence, speed, agency, a builder’s mindset, shared ambition, and joy.
