About The Position

Pindrop is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO as a strategic and operational multiplier during a period of rapid growth. The role helps the CEO and executive leadership team manage information, decisions, and follow-through across the company. It requires daily, practical use of AI tools to accelerate work and help leadership assess how AI affects the company’s operating model, competitive position, and workforce. The Chief of Staff owns leadership operating rhythms, including OKR reviews, executive meetings, and board preparation; identifies important internal issues, market trends, and metrics; and tracks strategic bets and emerging risks. The role facilitates executive discussions, documents decisions and action items, resolves cross-functional blockers, and uses AI tools for research, synthesis, drafting, modeling, and dashboards. The role also leads or supports special projects and cross-functional initiatives, prepares materials for all-hands, board, and investor communications, and turns complex or technical subjects into clear executive narratives and recommendations. It may serve as a trusted sounding board and occasional proxy voice for the CEO. The position involves access to highly sensitive company information and requires exceptional discretion and confidentiality. The role is remote-first, with at least two weeks per quarter at Pindrop’s Atlanta headquarters and additional travel as needed for leadership meetings, offsites, and customer visits. Flexibility outside standard hours is required when live issues or fast-moving decisions arise; this is not described as a 24/7 expectation.
