About The Position

Lantern is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the CEO across product, deployments, sales, recruiting, and fundraising. The role focuses on taking the company's most important unowned problems and driving them to measurable outcomes. The Chief of Staff will own priorities end to end, from customer conversations and analysis through decisions and business results, and will work with a small team with direct exposure to company-shaping decisions. The position involves owning strategic priorities, establishing and running new functions, translating distributor needs into product decisions, supporting live implementations, recruiting critical hires, preparing fundraising materials, and maintaining the company's operating cadence. Lantern describes this as a high-impact, founding-era role in a large, underserved market, based in its San Francisco office. Compensation is approximately $200,000 base plus equity.
