About The Position

Saints Capital is a venture capital firm focused on building long-term partnerships with leading venture capital general partners and institutional investors by providing liquidity through secondaries. We work closely with our network to identify compelling opportunities, support general partners at venture capital funds by providing differentiated solutions while, at the same time, delivering outstanding returns to our limited partner investors. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-starter Chief of Staff – Investor Communications & Marketing to support the Managing Partner and partners across firm activities, with particular emphasis on investor communications, marketing, and relationship management as well as some administrative support functions. The Chief of Staff will serve in a support role to the Managing Partner and investment team, helping ensure seamless execution across investor outreach, marketing, and firm operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and excited to operate at the center of a growing venture capital platform. While the role supports the team broadly, its primary focus is investor communications, marketing, and external engagement, including roadshows, meetings, events, and ongoing relationship management as well as executive operations management.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in some of marketing, communications, operations, consulting, finance, and executive support.
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision.
Comfortable interacting with investors, founders, and venture capital professionals.
Knowledge of or ability to learn financial terms like IRR and Net Asset Values and have a general financial understanding of investing terms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing tools (DocSend, email platforms, CMS).
Proficiency with basic website management and social media platforms.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in venture capital, startups, and the investment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Coordinate investor relations efforts, including coordinating outreach, scheduling meetings, and maintaining ongoing communication with current and prospective investors.
Organize investor roadshows, including planning travel, setting meetings across the investor network, and preparing materials.
Manage CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), ensuring investor data, interaction notes, and pipelines are accurate and up to date.
Assist in preparing investor updates, presentations, and fundraising materials.
Manage DocSend materials and analytics.
Develop and distribute marketing updates and communications to deal targets and venture capital general partners.
Maintain and update the Saints Capital website, including content, bios, and news.
Manage social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn, X), including content planning and posting.
Support branding and messaging initiatives targeted at venture capital general partners and the broader ecosystem.
Coordinate meetings for partners with venture capital general partners and industry contacts.
Organize events, dinners, and small group gatherings with investors, GPs, and ecosystem partners.
Help manage relationships across the firm’s network by ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Partner and partners, including calendar coordination and meeting logistics and Phoenix office logistics and oversight.
Assist with planning internal meetings, offsites, and firm events.
Support general firm operations and special projects as needed.
Coordinate Managing Partner's work obligations across different funds, companies and family obligations.
