Chief of Staff

Finni Health,
$150,000 - $200,000

About The Position

Finni Health helps BCBAs go independent by providing the infrastructure for them to do so, including credentialing, payer contracting, revenue cycle, HR, compliance, and the software that integrates these functions. This allows BCBAs to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks. The company supports practices in multiple states and is expanding rapidly. Finni Health is backed by YC and General Catalyst, operating in a market with long wait times for services. The company is small, moves fast, and operates in a heavily regulated industry.

  • Run the weekly metrics review and executive meetings with clear follow-through.
