About The Position

The Chief of Staff to the COO serves as a strategic advisor and execution partner, responsible for translating enterprise priorities into disciplined operational outcomes. This role sits at the center of strategy, operations, and transformation—driving alignment, accelerating execution, and enabling scale across Ingenovis Health’s multi-brand platform. Blending strategic operations leadership with talent, analytics, and transformation expertise, the Chief of Staff ensures the COO’s agenda delivers measurable impact across growth, efficiency, and workforce performance.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, talent transformation, or consulting leadership roles
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in complex, multi-entity organizations
  • Strong background in operational transformation, workforce strategy, or talent acquisition environments
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior executives
  • Deep analytical capability with experience leveraging data to drive performance outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or private equity–backed environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the COO, shaping priorities, providing insight, and driving execution across critical initiatives
  • Own the COO agenda—ensuring clear prioritization, progress tracking, and accountability across enterprise objectives
  • Represent the COO in executive forums, driving alignment, decision clarity, and follow-through
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across brands and functions to ensure integrated execution
  • Lead and operationalize high-impact initiatives across growth, integration, and performance improvement
  • Drive enterprise transformation efforts spanning operating models, process standardization, and scalability
  • Serve as an internal consultant, identifying opportunities, structuring solutions, and ensuring implementation
  • Establish and enforce operating rhythms, governance, and performance management structures
  • Partner with talent leadership to modernize recruitment strategy, operating models, and performance management
  • Support scaling of a data-driven recruitment ecosystem across onshore and offshore delivery
  • Drive initiatives that improve recruiter productivity, clinician supply, speed-to-fill, and cost efficiency
  • Ensure alignment between talent strategy and broader enterprise growth objectives
  • Drive adoption of enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking across operational and talent domains
  • Translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
  • Improve forecasting discipline across workforce planning, capacity, and demand signals
  • Establish a culture of accountability grounded in metrics and outcomes
  • Support design and scaling of standardized, yet flexible, operating models across brands
  • Partner with IT and data teams on digital, analytics, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives
  • Ensure technology investments (ATS, CRM, analytics, automation) deliver measurable ROI and adoption
  • Streamline workflows, improve integration, and reduce operational friction
  • Drive internal communication strategies that align leadership and frontline teams to enterprise priorities
  • Lead change management across transformation initiatives, ensuring adoption and sustained impact
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships that foster alignment, speed, and shared accountability
  • Reinforce a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and enterprise mindset
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management
