About The Position

Constellation builds ConstellationOS, an intelligence and forecasting layer for satellite and ground-network operations. The Chief of Staff works directly with the CEO to run the company behind the product, including strategy, operations, and projects without an existing owner. The role translates the CEO’s priorities into execution across the company and establishes the operating rhythm that helps a small team move quickly. It is a founding-team role with broad scope and substantial ownership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a chief of staff, operations, strategy, or business operations role at an early-stage startup.
• Experience owning ambiguous, cross-functional projects end to end with little process.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn messy priorities into clear plans.
• Must be a U.S. person (ITAR).

Nice To Haves

• Experience at an early-stage startup selling to the U.S. Government is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on strategy, planning, and board and investor reporting.
• Own cross-functional projects without a natural owner, from scoping through delivery.
• Run the company operating rhythm, including goal setting, meeting cadence, and follow-through on decisions.
• Drive recruiting coordination, offers, and onboarding as the team grows.
• Oversee finance, legal, and administration in collaboration with external accountants and counsel.
