About The Position

The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and operating partner to the Chief Product Officer and Chief Innovation Officer across product, engineering, design, and AI. The role helps shape priorities, strengthen decision-making, and translate strategy into measurable progress. It brings structure to evolving work, anticipates where executive attention is most valuable, and takes ownership even when assignments are not fully defined.

The position shapes and pressure-tests strategic priorities, supports focused leadership meetings and reviews, builds trusted relationships across teams, represents executive leaders in selected meetings, leads strategic initiatives through execution and transition, and prepares leadership and Board communications.

Requirements

• Experience delivering results and working directly with senior leaders in a software or technology business through product, business operations, strategy and operations, or a Chief of Staff role.
• Hands-on operating experience, with demonstrated success taking complex work from an unclear starting point through execution.
• Sound business judgment and discretion, with the credibility to advise and respectfully challenge senior leaders, represent executive intent, and influence without direct authority.
• High ownership and low ego, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and hold others accountable constructively.
• Product and AI fluency, with the ability to connect technical choices to customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and pressure-test strategic priorities by gathering facts and perspectives, challenging assumptions, and presenting clear options, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Keep leadership meetings and reviews focused on decisions and measurable commitments; work through accountable leaders to resolve dependencies and drive follow-through.
• Build trusted relationships across teams to surface emerging risks, competing priorities, and concerns; resolve issues where appropriate or escalate them with recommended actions.
• Represent the Chief Product Officer and Chief Innovation Officer in selected meetings, communicate agreed intent, make decisions within delegated authority, and elevate consequential choices for executive judgment.
• Lead selected strategic initiatives from initial framing through execution, delivery, and transition to a long-term owner.
• Prepare concise leadership and Board communications so key decisions, priorities, and expectations reach the people responsible for acting on them.
