About The Position

The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads to manage team workflow and understand both business opportunities and team members’ individual skills. The role brings organization to a fast-growing team, continually improves efficiency, and develops a holistic view of Enterprise Deployment so its leaders can rely on the role for trusted advice. The position includes thoughtful project staffing, performance tracking, recruitment coordination, onboarding ownership, meeting preparation and effectiveness, OKR tracking, planning team co-locations, and liaison work across the organization. The role is remote and can be performed globally; London, England is preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand Enterprise Deployment team members’ strengths and staff them on projects based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills.
Track team members’ performance by engaging with their leads and close collaborators.
Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team, prioritizing key roles and locations and distributing interviewing responsibilities across the Enterprise Deployment team.
Own onboarding and ensure new team members have the resources needed to be ready from Day 1 and ramp up quickly.
Prepare for team meetings by coordinating with meeting leads, preparing slides when needed, and ensuring meetings are useful and effective.
Track Enterprise Deployment OKRs, provide regular progress updates, and identify issues or coverage gaps early.
Plan team co-locations to strengthen partnerships and encourage collaboration across a geographically distributed team.
Serve as a liaison between the deployment team and other parts of the organization to support coordinated alignment.
Continuously improve team efficiency and organization.
