About The Position

We are building the rails to bring Wall Street into the 21st century. Backed by $40M from leading crypto and fintech investors, we are bringing together the best minds from Ethereum and Wall Street to rebuild the infrastructure that underpins the financial system — faster, safer, fully on-chain. Are you the person who can't sit in a room full of loose ideas and half-made decisions without walking out owning the plan? We're looking for a Chief of Staff to turn client and market context into product decisions, plans, and commitments across Product & Engineering. Our Chief of Staff will sit at the centre of it all, working with our CTO to turn a sea of client and market context into detailed product decisions, launch plans, and company commitments. The right person in this role will evolve into a pseudo-founder, working across every facet of the organisation.

Requirements

A high-agency operator with real reps running the engine of a fast-moving team — as a Chief of Staff, Operations Leader, Founder's Associate, or de facto COO of a startup. You don't just capture someone else's plan, you absorb enough context to make the plan yourself.
Program and project management in your bones: you've turned strategy into executable plans, milestones, and owners before
High-EQ connective tissue: you read clients, markets, and rooms on instinct. You catch what goes unsaid in a client meeting and hold together the human threads that keep an exceptional leader and team in sync.
Low-ego and high-initiative: energised by making the team win and comfortable being behind the scenes, while ambitious enough that people often peg you as a future founder
Unrattled by chaos and speed: deeply organised but able to hold shifting, sometimes-conflicting inputs from multiple leaders and clients without dropping anything
Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX

Responsibilities

Be the right hand to our CTO across every room they're in — absorbing critical context, brainstorming decisions together, and taking the lead on turning those decisions into direct action plans
Turn the roadmap into an operating rhythm: break initiatives into workstreams, milestones, and owners; track the critical path across engineering, product, design, and all specialist functions (security, privacy, legal, BD, marketing)
Own how the team uses its project management tooling
Take point on the ambiguous stuff — scope and drive high-priority needs that don't belong to anyone yet, with research, synthesis, and sharp first-pass thinking on new areas
