About The Position

Eterniti is seeking a Chief of Staff (60-100%) to join their dynamic team in Barcelona. This role serves as a crucial link between top management's vision and the team's execution, focusing on analyzing and resolving bottlenecks, coordinating efforts, and anticipating needs to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will support the CEO, COO, and CFO, allowing them to concentrate on strategic priorities. This position involves strategic management support, project management, and tools management, with potential involvement in other projects based on priorities and candidate interest.

Requirements

  • Graduated from a top university/business school.
  • Entrepreneurial experience (founder, start-up, high-growth environment) or in investment banking, private equity or strategy consulting.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: proactive and constructive at all times; thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical and structured, comfortable turning ambiguity into clear plans, dashboards and decisions.
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills; build trust across all levels of the organization and handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong with data and digital tools.
  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in the EU without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and facilitate management meetings (Executive Committee, OKRs, Board), and coordinate quarterly All-hands meetings.
  • Own and monitor dashboards to steer efficiency across destinations and companies.
  • Track KPIs (marketing, finance, tech, etc.) and produce actionable reports; challenge assumptions.
  • Be accountable for the OKRs process, with our People Director.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses of the market, competition and business model when decisions require it.
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly All-hands meetings, investors, partners and key events.
  • Represent top management on certain internal matters.
  • Facilitate and coordinate AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions.
  • Lead certain cross-functional initiatives and projects (CSR project, AI & Productivity Champions program, etc).
  • Track progress on projects priorities, identify deviations and propose adjustments.
  • Lead internal reorganisation initiatives (policies, processes, tools, reporting).
  • Lead high-priority projects that top management doesn’t have the bandwidth to handle (security projects, compliance projects, business development projects, etc).
  • Take the initiative in suggesting improvements to the group and work processes.
  • Conduct quality checks, ensuring our standards are met everywhere, all the time.
  • Be accountable for the following tools within the group: GSuite, Notion, 1Password, Slack and Aircall.
  • Lead Notion-related projects, liaising with our Notion consultant.
  • Complete quarterly critical system users check.
  • Test AI solutions that are built in-house.
  • Contribute to the adoption of AI across the group.
