About The Position

Stimulus Technologies is a fast-growing, founder-led technology company with 30 years of operating history, providing technology, cybersecurity, broadband, VoIP, and infrastructure services. The company is entering a major growth phase, including a significant fiber expansion, capital raise activity, future acquisitions, and the development of a public-company-level operating model. This role is for a senior Chief of Staff to the CEO, focused on increasing executive effectiveness, improving follow-through, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring important priorities advance across the company. This is a senior executive support and coordination position requiring strong judgment, high discretion, business maturity, and the ability to represent the CEO’s priorities effectively. The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to manage executive communication, meeting preparation, follow-up, project coordination, vendor coordination, and cross-functional accountability, ensuring the CEO stays focused on high-value priorities and that critical items do not fall through the cracks. The role requires someone highly organized, proactive, analytical, discreet, direct, and capable of operating in a fast-moving environment. While not a people manager, the Chief of Staff will coordinate closely with leaders, vendors, project stakeholders, and internal teams to advance CEO priorities.
