Chief of Staff (Precision Pest Partners)

The Chief of Staff ACE role at Precision Pest Partners, a new platform investment within the Pest Control sector under Access Holdings, involves collaborating and advising on strategic growth initiatives, geographic expansion, and operational excellence. The role requires a creative and entrepreneurial vision to drive operational improvements, lead cross-functional workstreams, and support both organic and M&A focused growth initiatives. Additionally, the Chief of Staff ACE will investigate new service offerings and work closely with the executive team to prioritize strategic growth opportunities based on revenue and margin expansion.

• Collaborate and advise on the design, development, and deployment of strategic growth initiatives, expansion of geographic presence, and operational excellence
• Drive operational improvements and change
• Lead cross-functional workstreams
• Assist the executive team to accelerate both organic and M&A focused growth initiatives
• Investigate new service offerings
• Join as a junior executive within the portfolio company
• Collaborate with operations and HQ staff to improve upon, expand, and document best practices utilized at the Company
• Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize strategic growth opportunities
• Understand key drivers of revenue and margin expansion
• Evaluate and recommend key initiatives based on these drivers
