About The Position
A client in Manhattan is seeking an experienced and energetic Chief of Staff/House Manager. Must already live in Manhattan and be able to work in person from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Monday through Friday with flexibility as needed.
Requirements
- Must have experience both as a Chief of Staff and House Manager, only resumes with roles shown to this effect will be considered
- Must already reside in Manhattan
Responsibilities
- All components of overseeing a multi-staffed household
- Running of the household, from household manuals to electronics to security systems
- Vendor management
- Calendar scheduling of staff and family
- Booking travel
- Hiring/firing of staff
- Troubleshoot household issues and not just always call a vendor but try and figure things out live as well; must be sharp
