Chief of Staff, GTM

Slingshot AINew York, NY
$175,000 - $275,000Hybrid

About The Position

Slingshot AI is seeking its first commercial Chief of Staff to partner closely with leadership and build out the company's B2B Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role reports to Neil Parikh and involves both strategic planning and hands-on operational execution to establish credibility with payers and employers, ultimately converting relationships into signed customers. The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the commercial motion, owning it end-to-end. This includes managing a pipeline of exploratory conversations into a well-organized process across payers, employers, health systems, and government; maintaining momentum on key deals; and providing the necessary materials to facilitate first-of-its-kind purchases. The role also involves representing founders in meetings they cannot attend and establishing systems for efficient commercial operations, with the primary goal of securing the first enterprise customers and building long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience
  • Experience working at a startup (internship counts)
  • Early-career and high-slope, wanting a role with room to own outcomes fast
  • Ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution
  • Ability to pressure-test a pricing model or channel hypothesis, then turn around and send 30 researched outreach emails
  • Bias to action; sending the imperfect email today rather than the perfect one in two weeks
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Genuine conviction about the mission

Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders (Neil & Daniel) on commercial strategy: channel prioritization, pricing and packaging, and how we build credibility and demonstrate clinical and economic value to payers and employers.
  • Own pipeline and deal management from first meeting through signed contract: scheduling, diligence, security reviews, legal coordination, commitment tracking, and follow-ups that keep deals alive between conversations.
  • Mapping organizations at our key accounts to understand all the key stakeholders and working with our advisors to open the right doors
  • Stand up our GTM infrastructure: implement a lightweight CRM and the pipeline tracking and reporting that give leadership an accurate view of the funnel.
  • Drive B2B marketing and sales enablement: build the decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI models that help an enterprise buyer say yes.
  • Build top-of-funnel volume: develop target account lists across payers, employers, health systems, and government; conduct deep account research; help book meetings; and manage early-stage relationships.
  • Inform strategy with market intelligence: track the competitive landscape, buyer trends, and unmet needs across our channels to sharpen positioning and pricing.
  • Translate what we learn from every call: about packaging, pricing, partnership structures, and which channels convert: into sharper materials and a smarter motion, fast.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation (top of personal market)
  • Travel between our NYC / London offices
  • Free lunch and coffee in office
  • Generous learning budget
  • Personal therapy coverage
