About The Position

This Chief of Staff role sits within the VP Strategy and Transformation team as part of the Office of the Executive support function for the SVP, Global Channel Sales. The Chief of Staff will own the operational orchestration for the function — keeping the team highly organised, aligned, and on track to deliver on the multi-year strategy and transformation initiatives across Global Partner Sales. This is a high-visibility role that requires operational effectiveness, exceptional communication skills, creative problem solving, AI tools usage, and the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and seniority levels.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Chief of Staff, strategy operations, or executive program management roles within large, global technology or channel-driven organisations
  • Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite or SVP-level executives — managing complex calendars, stakeholder commitments, and leadership operating rhythms at pace
  • Exposure to partner, channel, or sales organisations is strongly preferred; an understanding of partner-led GTM motions is desired
  • Proven track record of running cross-functional programs end-to-end
  • Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and external audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Exceptional organisational and operational discipline — able to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without losing detail or pace.
  • Leverages AI in everyday work
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion — comfortable operating inside the office of a senior executive and navigating sensitive topics, people matters, and confidential information with sound judgement
  • Proactive, anticipatory working style
  • Structured thinker who can take a complex, ambiguous challenge and return a clear, sequenced, owner-assigned point of view that is ready for leadership review
  • Collaborative and able to build trust quickly across the leadership team and with external stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pace; able to flex between strategic thinking and operational execution as the situation demands

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end operating cadence for the SVP and leadership team, including week leadership team calls, quarterly leadership team offsites, and all associated actions and follow-up
  • Collaborating closely with the Executive Assistant, maintain a forward view of the SVP's calendar; prepare briefing notes for key executive meetings, and be the point of contact, and content lead, for any SVP participation in any CRO All Hands, CRO Managers call or other functional teams’ Town Halls so the SVP is fully prepared for every engagement.
  • Partner with the Sales Ops leader to ensure all 13-week cadence forecasting content is ready ahead of key meetings and events
  • Design and facilitate agendas for all forums, ensuring discussions drive to clear decisions and that outcomes are documented and followed through
  • Monitor and coordinate all actions assigned to the VP, Transformation and SVP, Channel across all key forums, ensuring commitments are delivered on time
  • Work proactively with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum on key priorities
  • Act as a delegate for the VP, Strategy and Transformation to help drive scale and pace in the business
  • Build strong working relationships across Sales Operations, Finance, HR, Communications, Marketing and partner functions to support effective information flow and timely decision-making
  • Take ownership of strategic priorities — scope the problem, run the sprint, and deliver a clear point of view with recommended timelines and accountable owners
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives from planning through to execution, ensuring milestones are met and progress is visible to senior stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational simplification and drive implementation in partnership with the relevant teams
  • Provide analytical and strategic support to the leadership team, synthesising data and developing recommendations that inform key decisions
  • Lead content coordination for Quarterly All-Staff calls, Quarterly Leadership offsites, Channel breakout sessions at the annual sales conference (Connect), and any Connect mainstage content for the SVP
  • In partnership with the Channel communications lead, support the development of SVP communications including written updates, presentations, and targeted messaging for audiences across the Partner Sales organisation
  • Run the Quarterly and Annual awards program end-to-end, from nominations and selection through to recognition at key events
