With a vision to "Build and sell Microsoft AI, Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," SME&C Channel Partner Sales (CPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale. As a Chief of Staff for the Global Channel Sales (GCS) organization, you will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to the GCS Corporate Vice President and Leadership Team. You will collaborate with the broader Small, Medium Enterprise & Channel (SME&C) and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organizations to drive transformation of the partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include driving all organization business operations, leading short- and long-term business planning, optimizing operations and processes, and delivering actionable business insights. You will also play a key role in shaping and executing a unified partner-facing communication strategy, working closely with senior executives to ensure consistent and impactful engagement.
