The Chief of Psychology serves as the clinical leader of the psychology department, responsible for setting the strategic direction of behavioral health services while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role bridges executive leadership and frontline clinical work - balancing hands-on patient care with oversight of a growing team of psychologists, LCSWs, and LMHCs/LMSWs. Reporting directly to the Medical Director, the Chief of Psychology is expected to bring clinical expertise and administrative judgment to the role: driving departmental growth through recruitment and program development and cultivating a culture of continuous learning through mentorship and biweekly education sessions. The position requires someone who can operate effectively across multiple levels of the organization - supervising and developing clinicians and partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.
